Tracker Selection Table

Trackers are the core components of Diary Entries. Each type of Tracker is designed to capture a particular type of information related to your medical condition. This may be as simple as specifying a Pain Intensity level or as complex as creating a detailed Pain Location Mapping. Regardless, you can use the Tracker Selection form to pick and choose the information you want to include in your Diary Entry.

Tracker Selection

Each row in the Tracker Selection table represents a different Tracker that can be incorporated into your Diary Entry. You select and deselect the Tracker elements by tapping on the row. An icon on the right side of each row will indicate the current status of the Tracker item. These icons are described below. Once you have made your selections, tap the Apply button to save the selections to your Diary Entry. Tapping the cancel button will return you to the Diary Entry without making any changes to its structure.

Available Button

A Tracker item showing the “Available” icon is one that can be added to your Diary Entry. Tapping on this cell will toggle between “Available” and “Add” status.

 

Active Button

The “Active” icon indicates that this Tracker item is currently included in your Diary Entry. Tapping on this cell will toggle between “Active” and “Remove” status.

Add Button

Tracker items with an “Add” icon will be added to your Diary Entry when you tap the Apply button. Tapping on this cell will toggle between “Add” and “Available” status.

Remove Button

A Tracker with a “Remove” status is currently included in your Diary Entry, but will be removed when you tap the Apply button. Tapping on this cell will toggle between “Remove” and “Active”.

Define QBI Button

If you find yourself consistently selecting the same combination of Tracker items, you can create a Tracker Collection Template that will automatically apply that same selection of Trackers with a single tap. To define a Tracker Collection, simply select the combination of Tracker items you wish to include to Add or Active status. Then tap the Define a Collection button and give the Collection a name. Next time you open the Tracker Selection form, you’ll be able to choose Apply Collection and then the Collection you just created.

Apply QBI Button

If you have previously defined Tracker Collection items, you can tap this button to open a table listing each of the Collections. You can then select the one you wish to apply to your Diary Entry.
