Our Commitment to You

We’re successful when you’re happy with our product, so we strive to provide exceptional customer support and assistance for all of our users. Whether you need help getting started with the product, want to report a bug, or just want to give us some constructive feedback, please let us know how we can help.

And, if you do find our app to be a helpful tool in your battle with chronic pain, then please contact us and tell us your story. We love to hear from our users, especially when our efforts are making a positive difference in their lives.

Application Release Notes

Whenever we post a new version of CPT to the App Store, we’ll include a list of feature additions, bug fixes, and system improvements. We encourage you to have a look at those release notes because you may find some new features that can improve the CPT user experience for you.

Normally, you’ll get a pop up within the app that informs you about what has changed from the previous version. But that message is only displayed once after each update. So, if you want to revisit the latest Release Notes, we will have the full app history of updates listed on our website.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

If you have a question about Chronic Pain Tracker, we suggest starting here first. Some of the most common questions and/or procedures have been outlined within our FAQ section.

Also, if you have suggestions for additional FAQ subjects that you think other users would benefit from, please let us know and we’ll get them added.

Support Requests

If you’re question hasn’t been answered via our FAQ’s, then it’s time to contact us for direct help. We have two methods to contact our support services and we try to respond to every request within 24 hours – and usually a lot less time than that.

First, if you do have access to Chronic Pain Tracker on your device, go to the Settings menu and tap the “Send E-mail to Support Team” option. This option will generate an e-mail that includes our support e-mail address and some non-personal diagnostic information about the device and app. A sample of this template is shown here. Just enter your questions and/or a description of the problem you’re experiencing and tap send.

Now, if you are unable to send e-mail from your device or for some reason you can’t access the Settings menu within the app, then you can open a Support Ticket using our online interface. It’s easy to do and will go straight to the same folks that answer the app generated support requests.
