Welcome to the new Chronic Pain Tracker Support Ticket access point. From here you can open new support tickets OR you can review any existing support tickets you have opened with us.
When you open a new Support Ticket, please try and provide us with as much detail about your problem as possible. We also need to know the device type and iOS version you are using, plus the current version of CPT that you are using.
We try to respond to all support requests within 24 hrs.
